This is not about stage one ,we know their bringing in a pilot plant for that, this is a scoping study on the Tallisman deep and it lays out facts, warts and all and when they have made a decision with regards to it they will inform the market....I have no idea why people think this wasn't going to cost money if they proceed with it...it will need more drilling and a PFS for starters...
