I assume you're trying to discredit me personally since I am not supporting your views on the management. I don't know the management, but that simply means I judge them based on the progress of the company and the published activity, and I try to understand why things might occur they way they do rather than allowing prejudice to colour my opinions.

As of now I see the company fulfilling its obligations to the ASX, its customers, and hopefully its employees and shareholders. They pay their bills, keep their accounts properly, file the tax returns and quarterly accounts. I personally believe that the contract with CZM prevents them from making announcements regarding CZM products without permission from that company, and maybe that is convenient since the BoD probably want to focus on actually running the company and progressing the technology. In the end that is the most important thing that will add value to the company even if it doesn't satisfy the needs of hot copper posters for constant reassurance or updates. Following CZM news may be more rewarding.

I don't know the motivations for apparently disgruntled shareholder factions constantly attacking various current and former directors and making unsubstantiated criticisms about the way the company is run. Shareholders can always attend the AGM to raise concerns, vote how they want or sell their shares if they don't like the company.
