I can only speak to what my friend told me, so I can't answer your question.

But I would imagine that most men or women would want to be safe at work & return to their families each day in good health. whether that be in Brazil or any other location.

The safety hoops we have to jump through have a purpose, 1. is to appease the insurance Co's 2. to ensure everyone is one the same page re-safety. As an employer in a trade industry one of my biggest fears is someone getting seriously injured under my care.

Note: I see my staff's safety & lifestyle as a significant part of my companies ethics & legacy.
