Well I can tell you from the ground level most are sick of the amount of red tape surrounding any work. I often find a majority of my labour when billing clients is done filling out JSA and paperwork. Some countries want to just get in and get it done not have 15 different organisations with a finger in the pie. Nothing unsafe has been promoted there was a video where someone wasn't wearing gloves if you're going to blow up over that you probably need a safe space most days
