That's a long shot throwing BRICS out there as a risk, nice try though.
BRICS has been around for 15 years with zero jurisdictional issues to date in Brazil, Australia is also independent to the US regardless of how close our alliances are.
There alot of dominos required to fall before SUM has any heightened risk of doing business in Brazil. For now money is pouring into the Brazilian critical minerals industry and showing no signs of stopping.
