It's my prediction about what the halt was called for.

No one can find any information about the proposed bluebird IPO ie a prospectus. If the IPO is off/significantly delayed then it is unlikely they'll have the funds which were committed to RMX as part of the joint venture to acquire 25% of the project let alone stage 2 funding.

In short I can't see RMX getting the money back they lent bluebird to acquire 25% of the project through RMMS. All that will happen is Bluebird will not get their 25% and rmx will have to find a way to fund the project themselves (still a huge risk tiny reward play).

The deal has been on the nose for a long time, time to get your head out of the sand. No one is interested in RMX, the sell side is very telling of what this news is ie negative.
