Had a look at the General meeting notice of meeting held on 21st March this year. Res 7 (which was passed) sought approval to raise up to $1.5 mill. That's potentially a fair number of shares, and the shares have to be issued no later than 3 months after the date of the meeting. And what is important about todays date, the 21st June - the winter solstice? So I'm leaning towards placement under this.
