"Request for Trading Halt Range Resources Limited (ASX:RRS) (Company) hereby requests a trading halt with respect to its securities effective immediately. The trading halt is requested pending the outcome of the appointment on an additional director to the board of the Company to enable the Company to satisfy the requirement to have two Australian resident directors. The Company requests that the trading halt remain in place until the earlier of the time the Company makes an announcement in relation to the outcome of decision, or commencement of trading on 27 May 2016. The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
