Somebody better fact-check pretty damn quick
I think the rule states that Cabinet members not confirmed as of the last session day will have to be
"officially reappointed" at the next Congressional session
I think what this means is that GLo has to be "reappointed" by the President before the start of the next session
Hmmm... interesting thought
