    40c is probably a good starting point, remember take over bids can bring out other possible buyers which might push the price up. Any offer has to be accepted by the share holders, given the amount of shares held by related parties I would imagine that they would have to offer a substantial premium in order to get this across the line. Related parties could create a conflict of interest and exempt them from being able to vote on the sale so any none related party would be wanting a substantial premium on current SP
