I would have a guess that any related party will now be blocked from voting on the privatisation, considering it was openly disclosed in the documentation that Gary Simonds would still remain in control.
I would think that any IPO holders and anyone who brought in prior to march this year would not agree to the sale at 40c the offer is 50% less than the trading value in January, anyone that brought in would lose money on a company that should be trading substantially higher than present value
