REQUEST FOR TRADING HALT – ASX CODE: SRF
Surfstitch Group Limited (ACN 602 288 004) (SurfStitch) requests a trading halt in respect of its ordinary shares (ASX:SRF) pursuant to Listing Rule 17.1 prior to the commencement of trading today.
In accordance with Listing Rule 17.1, SurfStitch provides the following information:
1. The trading halt is necessary to allow SurfStitch to provide the market with a further update on its anticipated pro-forma EBITDA for the year ending 30 June 2016. 2. SurfStitch requests that the trading halt continue until the earlier of SurfStitch releasing an announcement in relation to the matter referred to in paragraph 1 above, or until commencement of normal trading on Thursday 9 June 2016. 3. SurfStitch expects that the trading halt will be ended by it making an announcement to the ASX in relation to the matter referred to in paragraph 1 above. 4. SurfStitch is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
