The board should be held responsible for this horrible mess. They allowed all the acquisitions, they endorsed the strategy. They are either fools asleep at the wheel or over-rated big shots taking directors feed under false pretenses.

All the stupid, value destroying acquisitions have happened since the appointment of the star Pandora MD (which is not a great endorsement based on reports!). Are these "mates deals" for incompetents just warming the seats?? How many shares do they own themselves?

Bring on the class action.
