Star Striker Limited (“Star Striker” or the “Company”) requests trading halt of its securities pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.1, effective immediately. The trading halt is requested pending the finalisation of a proposed board appointment and the release of a corresponding announcement. In accordance with Listing Rule 17.1, the Company provides the following information in relation to this request:  A trading halt in the trading of the Company’s securities was granted on Friday April 8, 2016, pending the appointment of a director to the Board of the Company.  The Company requests that the trading halt be effective immediately and remain in place until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Tuesday 12 April 2016, or the release of an announcement by the Company in relation to the board appointment; and  The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted or any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
