Excellent deal. This could be the last shareholder raising based on previous numbers around the costing of the project. This should take it to BFS and lays the ground work for project green-lighting. Construction financing (hopefully) would be a combo of debt/institutional placement and customer financing.
A higher price (=less dilution) would have been better as always but if the project gets built and starts making money whether A$10M is raised at 28 or 38 it won't be material in 2 to 3 years time.
