The re-rate has already taken place, the market has factored in the deal being closed and done. Any other price adjustment will be mearly hype because an anouncement has hit. I'd expect if the deal is good prices will stay at current levels. TND will not come close to previous highs until such time as purchase agreements for the so called leading facial recognition engine become more immenant. Unless other posters want to pump the price
