    IMO this isn't a catalyst for a re-rate. This is another step in de-risking our investment, and the 2-year escrow is piece of mind for us. The catalyst for a re-rate will come when one or more contracts are signed and announced to the market. And if the announcement this morning is anything to go off, these announcements will be near term.
