Chino, Thanks for posting your email response. You helped answer what's going on and some of things my last post was speculating on - ie: the TH is about a low impact CR necessary to move forward quicker, and the options. Good to know the fundamentals should remain unchanged and in fact - should be stronger as the CR helps deal with (and potential convert) the influx of potential contracts.
