I am writing in regard to the capital raise announcement made by TV2U this morning. I am surprised by the announcement since the investor presentation on the 2nd of May had clearly stated that TV2U "had sufficient funds to reach first profit". Are you able to shed some colour on this CR? Is it related to the options prospectus due at the end of this month? Kind regards,

Chino, Thanks for posting your email response. You helped answer what's going on and some of things my last post was speculating on - ie: the TH is about a low impact CR necessary to move forward quicker, and the options. Good to know the fundamentals should remain unchanged and in fact - should be stronger as the CR helps deal with (and potential convert) the influx of potential contracts.
