I will just put it out there that the price and volume surge and the capital raising are interwoven, and that the presentation that will accompany the terms of the CR will explain everything we've all been trying to guess was behind it.
Applying the logic that this isn't working capital as cash burn is low, this isn't for existing deals that are already fully funded, this isn't debt related and we're far too early in our venture to be looking at acquisitions, it really only leaves that this is for a growth opportunity where they need the money up front which implies to me something a few tiers higher than where we currently sit.
I'm actually more excited about this than waiting for yesterday's underwhelming red herring announcement, because this CR is more than likely the real reason this thing took off in the first place.
