I wouldn't be so optimistic about 28% just yet, even more of a concern if it did drop to 5%. We won't know the real churn rate (monthly only) until the next quarterly. When talking % churn rates we need to know if it's monthly or annually as it makes a huge difference to the bottom line. This is what people will need to comprehend when figures are available. Also would need to know how many of each subs in terms of paid tier levels, if we assume eg 20000 subs @ $7 = 140k, sounds good eh, but what if it's only 20000 @ $3= 60k. Anyway we won't know a fair estimate of actual % because uninstall rates can double between the first month and 3rd month in app's. We'll have to wait for something more concrete before we can have robust virtual joustings on that topic.
