Based on past announcements, I assume todays deal will be a partnership deal with a telco, similar to the Divan deal. My reasoning for that is the announcement is worded in a similar way. The OM deal was a JV, whereas Divan was announced as a "material transaction with a European video service provider"

It will be interesting to see what services will be structured into the deal, however given we have announced new services @ IBC including content aggregation etc; I suggest this deal will incorporate those aspects, as currently we don't have a live product. It is important to remember that Divan was already a VOD service provider & Telco's usually bolt on as a service from a provider such as TV2.

Trade shows are the perfect opportunity to showcase the market leaders your offering & make contacts you would otherwise not make. I expect the timing of this deal is mutually beneficial to both parties (TV2 & the new Telco) & has been part of a clear strategy working in with IBC, don't forget there has been a lot of press around this.

Of the deals in the pipeline, it will be nice to get an update as to whats current, however I expect IBC will be our opportunity to cement the relationships we have built & showcase our live offering to providers around the world. This event should help us close deals already in the pipeline whilst creating future opportunities.

TV2 should re-rate in the coming months as our total offering commercialises.

providing that tv2 release info we want/need then that sell side will collapse like a house of cards. the buy side is building but there is alot of precaution atm
