    I'm not so sure it'd be a good idea to announce yet another new deal yet considering current delays on the existing ones ??

    Plus, Point2. is incorrectly worded..
    'the trading halt is expected to be in place no later than pre-market open Wednesday ...'

    Should read 'UNTIL' no later than...
