They wouldn't put it into a TH to announce they've received the Toomai money. They've already released the amount and how much they're expecting. It's either the Toomai deal has collapsed, or a new deal. I'm leaning towards the latter given the wording of the request.
Wouldn't be surprised if the Toomai deal collapses later though...
