Just some speculation here, but basically we have agreements with two telecommunication companies, Toomai and OM Telecom, and not too much has been mentioned about OM Telecom in previous announcements. And similarly, if we refer to the announcement on the 3rd of October regarding "Phase 2 completion of K2U and company update", it states that the market will be updated once the $ 500,000 (USD) is received in early October, (obviously it's not early October now!).
But it is my hunch that this announcement is probably to do with the payment from Toomai to TV2U IMO & DYOR
Also, just another point, investors should not hope for a 'double announcement' (i.e. something about Divian and Toomai for example; I'm sure Divian will be announced shortly, though, given the activity on the various websites). The wording in this trading halt announcement is quite specific;
"... in relation to a material contract with a telecommunications provider..."
Don't try read more into a sentence than what is meant, it will create more excitement than what is required and then you'll be disappointed when you only receive what was outlined in the announcement and not what you were expected
