Two guesses as announcement does not say 'new':
1. Divan is now a goer; or
2, Toomai is dead.

If it is a new contract market will not be interested IMO unless it is a really good recognisied, underline recognised, telecommunications provider.

If 1 or recognised T player - SP take off.
If 2, or not recognisied T player down in SP.

If Divan dead goodnight.

With TV2 don't know what it will be - could either be a pig with lipstick, or rocket without a launch pad.
