You're probably right. I'm just watching from a distance. Just trying to point out that decisions are frequently not a simply yes or no and the only thing that makes sense is that there is more than a binary decision. Otherwise why would it take this long to make an announcement to shareholders? Maybe it's a no with conditions which will move it to a yes when met? After all this time, surely it can't be an outright no.
