The phrase "continues to seek feedback" says to me that we are still waiting for the answer to our original question - ie the request for formal notification of the success or failure of agenda item seeking approval for the signing of the RCA by NMDC.
If it were a new question there is an implication that our original question had been answered and I think ECT would have been obliged to report than answer and then seek a fresh Trading Halt.
This is an Update on the existing Trading Halt.
I think that all it means is we have not received formal advice of the outcome of the vote.
The reasons why could be many - not at the top of the NMDC priority list; things just take time in India, the item was deferred again for whatever reason and they are sheepish about replying... could be anything.
It could even be, as @hc Trader suggested, a contrivance to wipe the order book - there has been at least a whiff of this in the past on more than one occasion.
