So why was management not smart enough to come out with a guidance revision a couple of months back, share price was already getting a touch up, could have eased into it rather than blah, then we have the selling of some non core items to bring up the revenue figure to make it closer to 10% shortfall.

Then we have the severance pay for the outgoing CEO, can I please get a high paying job where I screw up resign and then get paid out a years pay. ( that sounds more like a broom following him out the door )
