I like the word "Collaboration"...like I have stated before I don't think the Co really knew what they had or developed to it's full potential......let's hope this "Collaboration Agreement" with another interested party brings about significant product and financial success....

Regarding Topaz S welcome back.... but IMO you should have still disclosed what you knew before hand not now after the event.....still you had your reasons and that's a matter for you...after all this is just a forum
