Corporate services company that provides highly trained professionals in the role of company secretary. They have provided Loren to Wangle.

Perfectly normal and above board. Many companies do this and there is nothing wrong with it. As for Loren being on leave, so what?! If you'd been busy all week with this and then issue a trading halt request to th ASX with a lift date of next Tuesday, wouldn't you take some time off to chill? There's nothing else you can do for Wangle over the weekend!
