The product is obviously ready of it can go up on Android now. They probably had confirmation from Apple that it would be ready, then magically it's not,pretty standard for huge companies that have no accountability for what they say because you'll never talk to the same person twice.
Google Play store is much more of a streamlined application process to get your app approved.
