Really Skittles and Wisdom? Really? They have not waited until the last minute, they have submitted with time to spare according to the average approval time. Now I really mean nothing personal against either of you, but your attitudes and views reek of being heavily influenced by emotion. All information released in the past months in relation to the delays has always been reasonable and logical. If either of you truly believed in what made you invest in WGL in the first place, you'd be looking long term. Short of WGL employee's 'lying' - which some have essentially inferred they're doing - they're doing everything by the book.

Personally I see a management that are taking it slow and steady, making calculated moves for the benefit of the company and it's shareholders.
