Well if you mean "Will chris wood personally ring me?" then no.
When any ann is released to the market you either need to be looking at your platform or looking at HC and constantly refreshing until your keyboard breaks.
OR you could set an alert with your broker that either emails or SMS's you when an ann comes out, usually you can choose between price sensitive or all anns as well.
Nothing special occurs however if an ann is released prior to the end of the TH.
