Trading Halt Request
Xped Limited (ASX: XPE) (“Xped” or “the Company”) requests an immediate trading halt be granted by the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) for all of its securities.
In accordance with Listing Rule 17.1 Xped advises:
1. The trading halt is requested pending the release of information regarding an executive appointment and company update.
2. The trading halt is requested until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Wednesday, 7 Septembet 2016 or when the announcement is released to the market.
