Agree 100% with your opinion. Xped is too small fry to try to take over the world atm. This move reeks of 'amateur hour'.
Still no revenue and if the proposed acquisition is vx we will have to fund the detailed design and prolonged roll out phase of the technology. This will be expensive. Gut feeling says the SP will get hammered in the first day. Hope to god im wrong.
