No worries, I mostly agree with what you are saying. I think we all are waiting to get some kind of confirmation of the demand from Telink Tier 1 customers for chips containing ADRC and we believe it will happen. I disagree with the decision to takeover JCT as there is no real promise of any future revenue or growth in revenue from a small deal with the SA gov.

The question is whether it is right to try to takeover a company in our current situation. Makes no sense. If it is vx then it is because they (vx) cannot afford to develop the tech through to sales phase. No reason why we cant acquire them in the future once we have confirmation of revenue. Put the acquisition on hold I say.
