I cant imagine to many LT holders that will be interested in a Std CR - i mean unless it is heavily discounted based on the current SP "which IMO it wont be".
Anyone that had funds and wanted to increase their holdings would have been doing so in the last month, we all had ample time to do so at .80ish for weeks - not to mention where it was a month ago.
The SP was always going to pull back somewhat and mainly people trading it and taking profit.
If its a Std CR then id guess it will be based on the avg last Sp over the last 30 days and be in the mid to high 80s. Providing they fully explain the reasons behind it then i have no issues, as i doubt it just a capital issue or anything to do with The Case.
