    It wouldn't be the first time sophs/instos were given a chance to get in before good news or maybe the co. was approached. They're probably not thinking about dilution too much, as long as the cash is in bank. if they raise $2m, that's 100m @ 2c or 50m @ 4c, don't think the co. is too bothered by 50m extra shares... bad news for us as we get even more diluted but them's the breaks
