Something tells me there is more behind this cap raise than meets the eye .
They dont need the $2.3 mill urgently as they have $1 mill in the coffers at the moment and could have waited another 2-3 months and raised at a higher level after more news flow .
Also the very clear statement in the last quarterly that states
" the company issued a notice of meeting including a resolution seeking approval of a placement up to $3 million for the purpose of giving Zyber the flexibility to capitalise on any suitable acquisition opportunities which may be presented to the company ",,,have the board been out shopping ?
