It appears to me that the shares issued under the placement are now included in the total shares on issue and thus the placement holders are now eligible for the .005 rights issue as it says there is 427m shares currently on issue - this includes the placement shares

Then says a further 213m issued under the offer

With 106m options as a result, then ANOTHER 106m options to underwriter, for a total of 940m shares on issue at the end! Fark me that's a crock!
