They will raise here to set up insiders I would think, also big holders from the higher raise so they can average down if they wish. This happened with AJM , they pushed it lower and lower, first raise was suggested at 5c , pushed it to 3c, then pushed it to 1 c and then raise at 1c to insiders. I got in at 1c. Then news flowed.

Then it ran it to 24c over the next 6 months or so. Now back to 12c. No guarantees here of course.
