Had a quick look at MHL. Don't think there will be a takeover, yes maybe you are right,. They might buy that licence from them.
MHL has 2.2 billion shares on issue at 0.004c per share, that's 10mill plus to pay out the options and any convertible notes. Sounds risky to me..
If the licence is worth 60mill, why is the share price so low???
