Particularly disappointing as there is no mention of retail holders getting a look in. Also, the CEO was quoted not long ago as saying there was no way they would raise capital, as project funding made much more sense.

I had lightened my holding recently given share price strength (needed cash for something else). Looks as though it was a sensible move.
