Could you clarify your comment tylermax?
The ann says it is a capital raising.
Looking forward to seeing who, how much and at what price the capital is being raised. There is surely plenty of institutional interest in TH.
You'd think a raising would have to be a fair size to warrant it to come in above the SP - if that happens.
