i think you will find that the firb have approved the deal and you will find out in due time, im willing to bet 100% on this but others might not, remember it is only 15% with an option to be 19% but nothing more , i would say they have approved the deal with no conditions at all as they baosteel know what the gov is like on deals atb the moment, and they approved the likes of a full take over on felix so i think 15% of AQA will pass with flying colours.. but that is my thoughts and remember once the $$ have been transfered we will be in the hot seat of develoment of the pilbara and them we will wait on the port ann to come out with FMG....
