"IF" the capital raising goes to a financial institution and not to the current share holders, one might reasonably "assume" that Sundance are endeavoring to expedite the capital raising process and minimise the impact on the current SP.

If so one could also assume that they are attempting to fast track proceedings on all fronts as negotiations and agreements begin to crystallize?

(IMHO) The progress of SDL is very positive and will reward the faithful in the near future.


As ever though to make an assumption can make an "Ass out of U and me" and tomorrow will tell all.
