Agree with that Westcott. Also think a sign of good management is what price they are able to issue shares at if it is an institutional placement. I would hope that if it is a reasonably large raising that they wont have to discount the current share price - especially given how confident they seem to be on the project and that they are in the drivers seat. I see this announcement as being very important to demonstrating just how interested the external market is in the project.
