after deep thought it sort of makes sense, same industry. IMO it will go like this: SOT will fund Pipe Networks to provide the part funding which they need in construction costs. SOT will be given or be pushing hard for a decent slice of the company, i am sure they would be in deep discussions as we speak. SOT will then use the PIPE network to deliver better services to their existing client base. It make sense to me on the assumption that the announcement is something to do with PIPE.
