Not sure Jonesw, had not considered that it would not have been but maybe??

It is a little ominous that one director walked out a day or so before the TH - perhaps he was not happy with the decision and this was his protest - the announcement was short and curt, rather more abbreviated than 99% of similar ones from CUR or other companies in the past!!

What sort of transaction would you imagine it to be?
