The announcement of a cornerstone investor will be very positive for the shareprice...the reason for the weakness in the shareprice on low volumes is the uncertainty about raising capital for the next 9 months work(approx $10 million will be required for that period).The shareprice needed to retreat as well as a cornerstone investor isn't going to pay peak prices to enter the stock.All is looking good and i believe shareholders will have an early christmas present coming to them.Once the placement is out of the way you watch the brokers & their clients jump on board.
